Anthony Gonzalez, PE
As President of the WCC Leadership Team, Anthony Gonzalez has over 18 years of engineering experience including street design, storm drain, sewer, water, and infrastructure projects. He is recognized as a professional with a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of land development. He specializes in design, grading, hydraulics and hydrology, water quality management, and the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and other technical design calculations required for land development and capital infrastructure.
Kyle O. McCarty, P.E.
Kyle McCarty is a senior engineer with West Coast Civil, Inc. (WCC). He specializes in hydraulic modeling and master planning. Kyle has developed water and wastewater hydraulic models to aide in developing capital infrastructure plans for small communities and major metropolises across the United States.
Adam Podlich, P.E., QSD/QSP
Adam Podlich serves as a project manager and senior engineer. He has over 19 years of engineering experience in a wide variety of land development and public works. His past experiences include grading and street design, wet utility design, and multiple Park and Commercial projects. Adam is a QSD and is skilled at assisting clients in construction and post-construction water quality, inspections, preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, peer review, grading, and hydrology for both the public and private sectors.
Sean M. McCarty, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP, QSD/QSP
Sean McCarty has 10 years of engineering experience including streets, storm drain, sewer, water, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. As an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and LEED-credentialed engineer, Mr. McCarty continually looks for sustainable design opportunities to minimize resource requirements, maximize production efficiency, and control waste. He specializes in design, grading, hydraulics and hydrology, water quality management, and the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and other technical design calculations required for land development and capital infrastructure.
